Hardware Hub EG is a price comparison and information platform that helps users find and compare hardware deals from various retailers in Egypt.

We do not sell products directly. We only aggregate and display information and provide links to third-party retailer websites.

Hardware Hub EG هي منصة لمقارنة الأسعار والمعلومات تساعد المستخدمين في العثور على عروض الأجهزة ومقارنتها من مختلف تجار التجزئة في مصر.

نحن لا نبيع المنتجات مباشرة؛ بل نقوم فقط بتجميع المعلومات وعرضها وتوفير روابط لمواقع تجار التجزئة التابعة لأطراف ثالثة.

While we strive to provide real-time accuracy, hardware prices and availability may change frequently and without notice.

Hardware Hub EG is not responsible for any discrepancies between the prices displayed on our platform and the final price on the retailer’s website.

Users are advised to always verify product details, pricing, and availability directly with the retailer before making a purchase.

بينما نسعى جاهدين لتوفير الدقة في الوقت الفعلي، قد تتغير أسعار الأجهزة وتوفرها بشكل متكرر ودون إشعار مسبق.

Hardware Hub EG غير مسؤولة عن أي اختلافات بين الأسعار المعروضة على منصتنا والسعر النهائي على موقع التاجر.

By using our platform, you agree not to:

• Engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

• Attempt to interfere with the platform’s security or functionality.

• Copy, reproduce, or exploit content for commercial purposes without authorization.

باستخدام منصتنا، فإنك توافق على عدم:

• استخدام الأنظمة الآلية (الروبوتات، أدوات الكشط) لاستخراج البيانات دون إذن.

• الانخراط في أي أنشطة احتيالية أو مسيئة أو غير قانونية.

• محاولة التدخل في أمن المنصة أو وظائفها.

• نسخ المحتوى أو إعادة إنتاجه أو استغلاله لأغراض تجارية دون تصريح.

Our platform includes links to third-party retailer websites.

• We do not control or guarantee the accuracy of their content.

• We are not responsible for transactions, pricing, delivery, or product quality.

• Any purchase you make is directly with the retailer.

We strongly recommend reviewing the retailer’s terms and privacy policies before completing any transaction.

تتضمن منصتنا روابط لمواقع ويب تابعة لتجار تجزئة من جهات خارجية.

• نحن لا نتحكم في دقة محتواها أو نضمنها.

• لسنا مسؤولين عن المعاملات أو التسعير أو التسليم أو جودة المنتج.

• أي عملية شراء تقوم بها تكون مباشرة مع التاجر.

All content on Hardware Hub EG, including but not limited to Logo, Design, Code, Text and UI elements, is the property of Hardware Hub EG and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Retailer logos, trademarks, and product images remain the property of their respective owners.

جميع محتويات Hardware Hub EG، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر: الشعار، التصميم، الكود، النصوص وعناصر واجهة المستخدم، هي ملك لـ Hardware Hub EG ومحمية بموجب قوانين الملكية الفكرية المعمول بها.

تظل شعارات التجار والعلامات التجارية وصور المنتجات ملكًا لأصحابها المعنيين.

The platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted access.

We do not promise that the platform will be error-free or secure at all times.

يتم توفير المنصة على أساس 'كما هي' و'كما تتوفر'. نحن لا نضمن دقة أو اكتمال المعلومات، أو الوصول المستمر أو دون انقطاع.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hardware Hub EG shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profits arising from third-party retailers or external services.

Your use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.

إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لن تكون Hardware Hub EG مسؤولة عن أي أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية، أو فقدان الأرباح الناشئة عن تجار التجزئة التابعين لأطراف ثالثة أو الخدمات الخارجية.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform or restrict users who violate these Terms at any time and without prior notice.

نحتفظ بالحق في تعليق أو إنهاء الوصول إلى المنصة، أو تقييد المستخدمين الذين ينتهكون هذه الشروط، في أي وقت ودون إشعار مسبق.

We may modify, update, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without prior notice.
